ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Specialist with the Max Garnett - State Farm office, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer questions and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Assist customers in filing claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Earn "5 STAR" google reviews from the clients you service!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a "people person", desire to take care of the customer.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
