Kim Varnadore State Farm is seeking a Customer Relations Representative who can deliver outstanding client service while also pivoting to identify and close in-book sales opportunities within our existing customer base.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and guidance from our agency.

Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for our clients—handling questions, solving problems, and ensuring their needs are met with care. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your impact (and income) by recognizing sales opportunities during client interactions and helping customers enhance their protection through additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Service – Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure each client feels valued and supported.

  • Drive Retention & Growth – Identify in-book sales opportunities and assist with coverage upgrades or additional policies.

  • Stay Organized – Maintain accurate client records and ensure updates are processed promptly.

  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and meet agency goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • A service-first mindset with the confidence to pivot into sales conversations when opportunities arise.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred; sales experience a plus.

  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Why Join Kim Varnadore State Farm?

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities for in-book sales.

  • Full licensing support and paid training for qualified candidates.

  • Career advancement opportunities in a growing, high-performing agency.

  • A positive, team-focused environment where your contributions are recognized.

  • The chance to help clients feel protected and supported while growing your own success.

If you’re a service-oriented professional with a go-getter attitude and a knack for spotting opportunities, apply today to join Kim Varnadore State Farm.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
