Are you a motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives on connecting with people, closing sales, and achieving goals? The Varnadore Agency is looking for an Account Associate who can balance strong sales performance with excellent customer relationship management.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and training provided by our agency.
Role Description
As an Account Associate, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency by engaging new and existing clients, offering personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring every customer interaction adds value. You’ll use your drive and communication skills to build meaningful relationships, generate new business, and support clients with their ongoing insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth – Proactively market insurance products, identify sales opportunities, and close new business with both warm and cold leads.

Build Client Relationships – Develop and maintain long-term relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and customer satisfaction.

Provide Service Excellence – Assist clients with policy changes, inquiries, claims, and account updates while maintaining a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Collaborate for Success – Coordinate with underwriters and agency team members to ensure seamless policy management and client communication.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with strong motivation to exceed performance goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and close sales.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in insurance, account management, or sales preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
