ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an Insurance and Financial service representative to help grow and maintain our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by assessing their insurance and financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clear and accurate information on insurance policies, investment options, retirement plans, and other financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance customer service, and support overall office efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
- Assist clients with claims processing, policy renewals, and financial planning adjustments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No prior insurance or financial service experience needed.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses: P&C, Life, and Health
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
