I opened my agency in 2021, and we’re a small but mighty team of three. As a third-generation State Farm agent, this business is in my blood, and I’m proud to continue the legacy of service and protection that’s been part of my family for decades. Before becoming an agent, I was an All-American baseball player during college, and today I’m happily married with a 15-month-old — so I understand the importance of balancing a successful career with family life.
Community involvement is also a big part of who we are. We love connecting with the people we serve, whether it’s through events like Alive at 5 or simply being an active part of our local area. Inside the office, we keep things engaging and rewarding — team lunches when goals are met, daily goal bonuses, birthdays off, and even Black Friday off are just a few of the ways we celebrate wins and show appreciation.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mason McClellan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
 - Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
 - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
 - Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
