ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2021 with a focus on building a strong, growth-oriented team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 30 years in the automotive industry managing service departments. My dad was a State Farm agent for 25 years, and I eventually decided to follow in his footsteps and bring my leadership experience into this business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bill Oswald - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
