As an Account Manager at Mike Peters State Farm, you play a pivotal role in our daily operations and customer success. You will drive agency growth through meaningful client relationships and by serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your efforts will enhance customers’ lives by proactively promoting and tailoring our insurance products and services to their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to meet client needs.
- Oversee and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with agency departments as needed.
- Leverage your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Valid Florida 220 license required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident engaging in sales conversations.
COMPENSATION:
Salary and commission are competitive and commensurate with experience.
