If You Are Someone Who:
- Ideal entry-level position for individuals enthusiastic about building communication and customer service expertise while gaining insight into the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls; comprehensive training will be provided.
- No previous experience necessary—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are a strong plus!

- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
- Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain-we will help with this)
- Life and Health license (must be willing to obtain-we will help with this)
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to arrange appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications.
- Accurately document and manage all scheduled appointments and follow-up communications.
- Support the sales team by maintaining well-organized, fully booked calendars to optimize productivity.
- Deliver courteous and professional interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Compensation: $30,600.00 - $40,000.00 per year
