RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide clear, personalized recommendations.
- Proactively market relevant products and services that protect customers’ needs.
- Support customers through resolution of complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Engage with both warm leads and new prospects to expand our reach in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or account management preferred (but not required, we’ll train the right person).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly
- Motivated to achieve results, with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Comfort with sales conversations, driven by helping people rather than pressure.
