ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Representative at Shane Satterfield Insurance & Financial Services inc,  you play a key role in helping individuals, families, and business protect what matters most and plan for their future. This role combines sales, relationship building, educating to our current & future clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
  • 75-100 outbound calls daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Coachable
  • Hard work ethic
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to obtain a license in Property, casualty, Life & Health insurance. 


 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
