I’m currently in my 14th year as an agent, and our office is a close-knit team of five who focus on building long-term relationships with our customers. Before joining State Farm, I spent 12 years as a Purchasing Manager for Sherwin-Williams, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to professionalism and consistency.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Tiffin University and am married with three kids and twin one-year-old granddaughters. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kyle Hunt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
