ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Book Growth & Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving customer loyalty, growing existing accounts, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. The right candidate will combine strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and relationship-building expertise to enhance both customer satisfaction and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to policyholders.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
  • Proactively monitor, track, and achieve retention and growth targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to support agency growth goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to solve problems effectively and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or client management tools is a plus.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
