ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Randy Shoemaker State Farm is looking to grow.  We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who is not job minded, but career minded.  We are looking for a person with an ambition to make serious money by helping us to expand and grow our customer base. 

We will provide you with training and pathways to find success.  However, true success happens when you are able to bring your own marketing talents to the table.  This truly is a situation where you get out of it what you put into it.  Motivation to be successful in your career is a must.  YOUR DESK IS YOUR PROFIT CENTER AND YOU DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF INCOME!

NON-NEGOTIABLES:
  • Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Must be FULLY LICENSED.  This means you are licensed in P&C (auto, home, and commercial), Life, and Health.
  • MUST TAKE THE ASSESSMENT TESTS PROVIDED.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Develop and execute your own marketing tactics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Willingness to engage with potential customers inside and outside of the office

Compensation: $57,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
