Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist with basic policy questions, billing inquiries, ID card requests and coverage changes
- Appointment Setting
- Support agency goals by building strong customer relationships
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning and data entry as needed
- Provide quotes when appropriate
- Answer incoming calls, emails and office visits in a professional, welcoming manner

Requirements
- Interest in helping others
- Property & Casualty license (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Bilingual - Spanish preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
