Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful when it comes to identifying solutions & maintaining efficiency.
This role is an administrative position that interacts heavily with clients, industry partners, and the general public.
Success in this role relies on your ability to comprehend trained procedures, complete account transactions with minimal to no errors, great attention to detail, and presenting prompt solutions to inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer account questions and provide accurate policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Manage customer records and physical documents.
Identify gaps in accounts and promptly alert agents and staff upon discovery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Prior work in a professional office setting such as banks, legal offices, medical offices etc.
Computer proficiency with office systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, CRM Systems, Microsoft Suites etc.
Ability to multi-task in accounts without compromising attention to detail.
Professional communication skills and business acumen.
Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision or micromanagement.
Prior sales experience or experience working with commissioned sales associates.
COMPENSATION: Compensation dependent on experience.
Compensación: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
