This role is 75% sales-focused and 25% service, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, educating policyholders, and contributing to our mission of being the premier provider of insurance and financial services in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (75%)
  • Driving new business through outbound engagement
  • Follow up on warm leads
  • Develop referral networks and request customer referrals
  • Conduct new onboarding meetings and policy reviews
  • Present and sell Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
  • Assist with state-to-state transfer clients
Service (25%)
  • Provide coverage changes, billing support, and account servicing
  • Maintain detailed records and task tracking
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and white-glove client retention
Licensing Requirements (Required Before Start):
  • Must be fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health prior to start date (Kentucky and Indiana required)
  • Licensing reimbursement is available for eligible candidates who:
    • Complete a full year of employment with satisfactory performance
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales milestones within the first year
    • Demonstrate alignment with our office core values and culture

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary + Commission + Bonus

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $70,500.00 per year
