Lindsey Cline State Farm is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and support our daily office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and wants an opportunity to grow within the insurance industry. For the right candidate, this role can provide a clear path into a Licensed Customer Service Representative or Account Manager position.
What You'll Do
• Welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members
• Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and assist with calendar management
• Assist customers with basic service requests, including ID cards, document requests, payments, and policy information
• Answer billing questions and assist with payment processing, autopay enrollment, reinstatements, and non-pay notices
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support daily office operations including scanning, filing, mail handling, and administrative projects
• Follow up on open customer requests to ensure timely resolution
• Assist with agency service activities and special projects as needed

• Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• State Farm agency experience preferred
• Familiarity with State Farm systems, ECRM, or Agent Toolkit is a plus
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
