ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Jason Marquardt State Farm Insurance Agency, a close-knit, locally owned business in Menomonee Falls, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about helping people and being part of a team that truly makes a difference. You’ll be helping customers navigate their insurance and financial needs while working alongside a friendly team that’s dedicated to serving our neighbors throughout the greater Milwaukee area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer questions and provide clear policy information
  • Help customers with updates and changes to their policies
  • Assist with processing claims and follow up to keep customers informed
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Handle billing inquiries with care and attention
  • Schedule appointments for our agent and account representatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and people skills—friendly and approachable
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness and ability to earn WI insurance licenses (Property & Casualty)

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
