As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Wilkins - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Our agency is family-operated and deeply rooted in the Central Texas community. We serve clients across Texas and Arkansas, providing a full range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, renters, condo, life, and small business coverage. Every day, we work together to help our clients protect what matters most and plan for a secure future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
