As an Account Representative for Kari Romano Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional, organized and people- focused
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be reliable, detail- oriented, and self-motivated
- No insurance experience required - we will train the right person
- Must have strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Punctuality and hustle are mandatory - laziness will not be tolerated

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
