ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our State Farm Agent. This role is critical in ensuring the Agent’s time is maximized through efficient scheduling, follow-up, and coordination of 15–20 customer appointments per week. You’ll serve as the right hand to the Agent, helping to streamline office operations and deliver an exceptional experience to every client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
