ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Professional with a passion for helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment? Join the Wellington Hawkins - State Farm Agency as a Part-Time Sales Representative and play a key role in building strong relationships and growing our customer base.
Role:
- Engage new and existing customers with professionalism and care.
- Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base.
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
- Support clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
