ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marcus Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license.
