ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you an organized, friendly individual looking for a part-time opportunity to support a busy insurance agency? As a Part-Time Receptionist with Sierra Juhl State Farm, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our agency, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. In addition to managing front desk duties, you’ll have the opportunity to make some outbound sales calls, helping the agency grow by connecting with potential clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide basic information about our services.
- Handle scheduling, appointment reminders, and general administrative support.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients as part of sales and customer outreach efforts.
- Assist with basic insurance inquiries and refer complex questions to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain overall office cleanliness to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in a monthly social media day to help promote the agency and engage with our community online.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with customers.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently during your shift.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows applications.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred but not required.
- Interest in learning about insurance products and sales is a plus.
