What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking insurance and financial guidance.
- Provide personalized consultations on retirement planning, life insurance, income protection, and investment strategies.
- Stay current on financial products, market trends, and client needs to offer expert solutions.
- Deliver outstanding service while meeting—and exceeding—sales and performance goals.
What You Bring

Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales preferred (3+ years ideal).
- Strong communication skills—the ability to make complex topics simple and clear.

Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty licenses (preferred) OR willingness to obtain—we provide full licensing support.
- A driven, sales-minded approach with the motivation to grow and succeed.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
