Your Responsibilities

  • Build lasting client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

  • Confidently present and sell a wide range of insurance products.

  • Manage service inquiries, renewals, and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow your income.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).

  • Insurance sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (preferred).

  • A proven track record—or strong drive—to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance OR willingness to obtain (full support provided).
