- Proactively manage and support our existing book of business
- Contact clients regarding past-due payments, cancellations, and coverage updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy and customer records
- Resolve billing or coverage issues quickly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and kindly with clients via phone, text, and email
- Collaborate with the team to improve retention and client experience
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish (Required)
- Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
- At least 1 year of insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail – you’ll be catching and fixing the little things
- Initiative and accountability – you’re not afraid to take ownership
- A comfort with stepping outside your comfort zone when necessary
- Team player with excellent communication and follow-through
- Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
