As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Theressa Parra - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engaging directly with customers through in-person meetings, email, or phone calls.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Generating leads and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, business, and life insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if they do not already have one.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
