Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our agency, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass the State of Arkansas Insurance Exams
Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
