RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire new customers to the agency for auto, homeowners. life and hospital income insurance.
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Actively pursue new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement
- Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options to potential clients
- Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up consistently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- One or more active insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health and/or Customer Service License)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, driven, and goal-oriented mindset

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
