The Role
 
We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Customer Service Manager who doesn’t just manage—but leads. You’ll be the engine behind our customer satisfaction and retention efforts, while also inspiring and guiding our team to perform at their best. What You’ll Do
 
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a growing customer service team.
  • Implement and refine customer service processes that boost efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated issues with confidence, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Spot customer needs and connect them to solutions—often before they ask.
  • Pivot quickly when priorities shift, without losing momentum or focus.
  • Partner with agency leadership on growth strategies for retention and acquisition.
  • Keep accurate, confidential records in our agency management systems.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and customer experiences.
What It Takes to Succeed
 
  • 5+ years in customer service, with at least 2 years in management.
  • A track record of leading teams to exceed goals.
  • Top-tier interpersonal skills—you connect with anyone, anywhere.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural problem-solver who takes ownership until the job is done.
  • Competitive drive with a focus on winning as a team.


 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
