About the Role: We’re hiring a Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our in-office team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with insurance industry experience who values consistency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in a team-centric culture.
You'll be primarily focused on service, while also supporting light walk-in and call-in sales. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people, this could be the right fit for you.
Preferred requirements, must be able to obtain:
● Active Property & Casualty (P+C) license (Newly licensed candidates welcome with relevant experience)
● Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, carrier, or similar)

● Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and professionalism
● Coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | In-Office Only
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
