ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Support Associate with Ricky Sanchez State Farm Agency, you will focus on activities that assist the sales team in acquiring new business. A candidate who is an ideal fit will pay very close attention to detail, will be disciplined in doing repeatable tasks, yet flexible enough to take on different activities. You will need to actively communicate with your peers quickly and effectively. Your job will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency’s sales processes.

- Manage and distribute incoming communications from customers
- Manage and distribute incoming voicemails from customers
- Prepare and send daily mail outs
- Prepare and send daily text messages
- Will be required to take phone calls and do call outs
- Must be flexible and adaptable enough to change responsibilities with the business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Looking for someone with strong administrative skills
- Prior insurance experience is not required, but must be able to obtain proper licenses
- Perfect for someone looking to start with a part-time position and grow to a full-time position
- Looking for loyal, honest, and hard-working individuals
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
