Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding their policies, claims, and coverage options
- Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues with empathy and accuracy
- Collaborate with other agency team members to coordinate service and support for clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in agency management systems
- Educate clients on their insurance options and help them understand their coverage
- Support agency sales efforts by identifying customer needs and making appropriate referrals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in customer service or client support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and agency management software
