ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - Team Member for PJ Stich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experience that reinforces our customers’ decisions to do business with our State Farm Agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, desire to help people, ability to multi-task and prioritize will make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries and anticipating their needs in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide policy information
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Complete both initial and ongoing training, as required
- Spearhead the customer onboarding effort, including enrolling our new customers in State Farm customer facing programs, soliciting reviews and referrals
- Use your knowledge of insurance products to make recommendations to existing customers in need of additional policies/coverage and make the referral to the Agent/Account Representative
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking and composition
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Enthusiastic about the role you’ll play in helping our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams
- Ability to complete the required Insurance Licensing Education (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate or telemarketing) preferred (but not required)
- Experience in an administrative or customer service position in an insurance agency a plus (but not required)
This is an in-person position.
Compensation: $36,000 - $60,000+ per year
