Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with information regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Property & Casualty License is required.
- Life & Health License is preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
