🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talking to people every day and helping them protect what matters most (homes, cars, businesses, etc.)

  • Learning how to sell like a pro (we’ll teach you everything you need to know)

  • Building relationships that turn into long-term clients

  • Hitting goals and earning commission when you do

💼 What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience is a plus—but if you’re naturally persuasive and love chatting with people, we want to hear from you!

  • A positive attitude and serious work ethic

  • A desire to grow, learn, and build a career (not just collect a paycheck)

  • Willingness to get licensed (we’ll guide you through the process)

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
