Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Remote) 5 days per week

Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Remote) 5 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Process payments accurately
- Add or replace vehicles in customer accounts
- Perform live transfers to claims calls
- Perform live transfers to sales opportunities
- Assist sales team members in real time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must obtain insurance license
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per month
