RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
- Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance
- Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals
- Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Complete two pre-employment assessments about 30 mins each.
- 5 years work experience
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to produce results
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience managing client relationships
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Md State insurance licensing required

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
