ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lindsey Weaver - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will play a vital role in the growth of our agency by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. You will focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Sales and Marketing:
      • Identify and contact potential clients through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
      • Promote and sell State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
      • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

    2. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
      • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    3. Administrative Duties:
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policies, and sales activities using the agency’s CRM software.
      • Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications efficiently.

    4. Compliance:
      • Ensure all sales activities comply with State Farm and state insurance regulations.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and underwriting guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active state insurance licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or ability to obtain).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
