Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring complete and up-to-date information.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist in promoting relevant insurance products and services to customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in insurance or related fields.
- Bilingual skills in Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English, are a bonus.
- Must either possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to drive customer retention and satisfaction while identifying sales opportunities.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
