ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Rep with Amy Falcon Insurance Agency, you will create customer experiences that reinforce the mission of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create content for social media.
- Find and manage opportunities for community marketing and volunteer events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
