RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
