Responsibilities:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Must be a team player who likes to excel as an individual but win as a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-awareness and office etiquette are a must.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented with a desire to make a difference in client's lives.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.' Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- Our office is open 8-5.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
