What You’ll Do
- Engage with both Russian- and English-speaking customers to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant insurance solutions (Auto, Life, Home, etc.)
- Follow up on leads, quote policies, and assist with applications and sales processes
- Manage service-related requests including billing, policy updates, and claims
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
- Collaborate closely with licensed agents to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both Russian and English (verbal and written)
- Sales-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and explain complex concepts clearly
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (support provided for the right candidate)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
