We’re looking for a Customer-Focused Insurance Account Manager who knows the ins and outs of State Farm systems and thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and spotting opportunities for growth within our current book of business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage client accounts using State Farm platforms
- Support policyholders with policy changes, billing, and claims follow-up
- Conduct proactive coverage reviews to ensure proper protection
- Recommend additional products based on client needs and life changes
- Foster long-term relationships that lead to strong retention and referrals

Who We’re Looking For:

Currently licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus)

1+ year of service experience in a State Farm agency required
- Proficient in State Farm systems and service workflows
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Service-minded, organized, and sales-aware

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
