This is more than a front desk role—we’re seeking a Receptionist/Client Relations Associate who brings State Farm platform knowledge and a service-focused mindset to help support our clients and internal team alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact—greet clients warmly in-person and over the phone.
- Leverage your system knowledge to assist with policy servicing, billing inquiries, and appointment coordination.
- Proactively identify in-policy sales opportunities or referrals to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with follow-ups, documentation, and claims support.
- Support the agency team with administrative tasks, lead tracking, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty License required (Life & Health a plus).

State Farm agency experience strongly preferred (1+ year).
- Strong working knowledge of State Farm systems and service workflows.
- Professional, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
