RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through referrals, marketing campaigns & networking
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, and health)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy renewals
  • Present and explain policy options in a clear and engaging way
  • Follow up on leads and close sales
  • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
