  • Customer Retention & Growth: Proactively follow up with clients, ensuring satisfaction while positioning additional services to improve coverage and increase agency revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Mindset: You're goal-oriented and motivated by earning performance-based incentives.

  • Excellent Communication: You can clearly articulate the value of insurance products and build trust with clients quickly.

  • Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to make independent decisions and manage your sales pipeline.

  • Previous Sales Experience: While prior experience in insurance is a plus, a background in any sales or customer-facing role will set you up for success.

Licensing Requirement:
You’ll need a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license for this role. No insurance experience? No problem! We’ll provide full support through the licensing process to help you succeed.
