About Us:
We’re a tight-knit team with over 10 years of experience and three fully licensed team members in addition to the Agent. We cover property, casualty, life, health, and pet insurance. The Agent has a financial background assisting clients with deeper life insurance conversations and financial planning. We’re all about getting results, supporting each other, learning every day, and most importantly — helping our customers make smart choices they can count on.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day—making sure everything’s organized and on track.
  • Help customers with policy changes and billing questions, always with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Work closely with our agents to set appointments and gather info needed to serve clients better.
  • Keep all our records neat and easy to find.
  • Be the go-to person connecting customers, agents, and the rest of the team.
  • Make sure we’re following all company policies and industry rules (compliance is key!).
  • Pitch in with office tasks like filing, data entry, and keeping supplies stocked.
  • Support the team however you can to help us all succeed.
What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (a must!).
  • Ready and willing to get your Life and Health insurance licenses within 90 days.
  • Experience working in an insurance office—knowing the ins and outs.
  • Great with people—friendly, clear communicator, and customer-focused.
  • Organized and able to juggle a few tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Dependable and professional—you take pride in your work.
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
  • A team player who can also take initiative when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems.
Bonus Points For:

  • Having your Life and Health License 
  • Having one or more financial licenses
  • Experience with insurance software or appointment scheduling tools.
